Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
• Cancellations from 13 to 0 days before arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the total amount.
• We recommend that you take out private travel cancellation insurance.

Advance payment / deposit:

• A prepayment of the stay by credit card or bank transfer is due 21 days before arrival. The visitor's tax will be charged on arrival. At the latest 21 days before arrival you will receive a secure payment link by separate e-mail with which you can authorise your advance payment.
• If the deposit has not been received by the landlord at least 21 days before arrival, the landlord has the right to rent the rental property to someone else without further notice and without being liable to pay compensation to the tenant.
• A deposit of CHF 200.00 will be charged on site for studios and CHF 400.00 per apartment, which will be refunded after the stay if no damage is found to the rental property.

Maximum occupancy:

• Please note the maximum number of persons that can be accommodated in the respective accommodation.
• Over-occupancy is not permitted and may mean that the property cannot be rented on arrival. Cancellation and processing fees will still be charged in this case.
